JMRI: Netherlands Prorail 1955 Signaling Definition

This directory contains signaling definitions originally worked out following five minutes of study of the Netherlands (Dutch) signals page on Wikipedia. This set is named ProRail 1954 in JMRI but it is officially referenced as "1955".
In version 2 information on Rule numbers and additional Indications were added, based on the official Dutch 'Regeling Spoorverkeer' (Railroad Regulation) Annex 4.

Remarks:

• Dwarf signal icons are named -D.
• Flashing icons are named -RF/-YF/-GF (F for Flashing).
• Approach signal icons are named -VG/-VY (V for "Voorsein" in Dutch).
• Icons with a lighted number are named -4 and show "4" on the icon, although in real world applications this could display one of the following: 4 (not below a Medium aspect as that's identical to Limited), 6, 8, 10 (rare), 12 or 13.
• A number lighted in White indicates the maximum allowed speed (* 10 km/h).
• Although there was no official Stop For Engineering aspect in the 1955 Rules, a Flashing Red indication has been added.
  Since 2000 this is in use indicating Track Out of Service (Buiten Dienst), protecting railroad workers.
