February 15, 2008: Hearing Rescheduled

The hearing on Katzer's motion to dismiss contract and DMCA violations (discussed briefly previously) was scheduled for March 14th. The Court has ordered that this be combined with the hearing on his motion to dismiss the patent claims, and scheduled the combined hearing for April 11, 2008.
